She is an exceptional doctor, very simple, humble, calm, and approachable. Madam explained every procedure clearly and patiently, which gave us great confidence and peace of mind. The surgery was performed extremely well, and her professionalism and experience are truly admirable. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to Dr. Hrudhay Ranjan Sir (Pediatrician). He explained everything regarding the baby’s health very clearly and patiently. His guidance and friendly approach made us feel very comfortable and confident as new parents. A special appreciation to the entire nursing staff and support team — they were very caring, polite, attentive, and supportive throughout our stay. They took excellent care of both my newborn baby and my wife, day and night, with great dedication and kindness. The hospital environment is very clean, hygienic, and well-maintained. Every staff member was cooperative, and the overall management was smooth and professional.
